Now format  your flash disk using RMPrepUSB option and select "XP/BartPE bootable [NTDLR]" in options "3 Boot Options". Select "NTFS" and "Boot as HDD" in "4 FileSystem and Overrides". Now click on Prepare Drive. Now exit it and come back to main screen.
Here select the source file, means the Windows XP files which you need to copy from your XP CD to your hard drive in a folder. Select that folder. Now from "USB Disk Selection" select target disk from the drop-down menu.
If your USB disk is not shown then:
1. It's not inserted properly, remove and insert again
2. It does NOT have an active partition (in case usb hdd).
3. It's NOT formatted in FAT16, FAT32 or NTFS, format it as mentioned above.
Do not change any other settings/options. Now Press GO button to start the process and wait till it complete the process to copy all files and creating a bootable Windows XP usb disk.

Its very useful in all conditions specially with most netbooks there is NO DVD drive. If you've Windows 7 in .ISO you need to find a way to install Windows 7 onto a netbook / laptop / PC with NO DVD drive or if you don't want to use CD/DVD of Windows 7. Just create a .iso file of your Windows 7 DVD and save it to your computer drive, you can use Nero or Ultra ISO apps to create an iso image. This easy step by step guide will show you how:
Step 1: Tools Required:
~ 4 GB+ USB flash drive
~ Windows XP, Vista or 7 host OS
~ Windows 7 DVD or .ISO file
Step 2: Now download the Windows7 Bootable USB Maker Tool below and Install it then open it. Locate the Windows 7 .ISO file on your computer using the Browse button.
