Installation and How to Use Themes: 
1) Unrar package 
2) Unrar and open/start UniversalThemePatcher 
3) Patch according to your system (32 or 64) 
4) Open desired Theme folder and copy contents to --> 
C:\windows\resources\themes 
5) Click the .theme file to install theme 
6) Repeat step 4 for each Theme 
7) Right click on Desktop->Personalise to see installed themes.
