LG planning to make a new but extra ordinary Android smartphone in line of Optimus series. It will be the flagship model of LG’s Android lineup and will available in the beginning of 2011. This phone will be an 8 megapixel camera, 1080p video-recording with dual-core cpu inside. The phone support 4" touchscreen.
Its suppose to be a Super Phone, here are some of the mind boggling specifications:

~8Megapixel Camera with LED Flash and Full 1080p HD Video Recording, ~Video Call Camera
~NVIDIA Tegra 2
~micro SD Card Slot
~1500 mAH Battery.
According to leak news the internal codename for the device is “Star” but that is most likely to change upon official release. LG is aiming to release it early in 2011 to get the first mover advantage of becoming the first Dual Core Android handset. It should be the very first dual-core Android handset, this device will finally bring NVIDIA's Tegra 2 into the smartphone realm.
And after the huge success of LG Optimus One smartphone LG will surely try to follow this lineup. Also LG has announced that it has managed to sell over one million units of the LG Optimus One smartphone within a short time span of 40 days. The LG Optimus One is powered by Google’s Android OS 2.2 Froyo.
