As Mashable reposted, Rubin said that HoneyComb brings "new APIs that allow an application to split its functionality to multiple views. Apps will know when they're on a tablet." Android 3.0 aka Honeycomb has a bit of both tablet and phone in it. So, it is confirmed now that Honeycomb will be the tablet optimized OS and expect nice Android tablets in the early-second half of next year only.
According to Engadget the device may be a full 10-inch screen, so that it could match the Apple iPad in the real estate department. Similarly, according to Web reports, the Motorola tablet is also likely to have video-chatting capabilities, as the iPad 2 is almost guaranteed to have FaceTime calling.
Rubin also reportedly demonstrated a Gmail app with a two-pane view, which is similar to the Gmail app display on an iPad. On an Android phone, however, users would continue to get the simpler inbox where messages open in the same pane.Reviewers often criticise Android OS on tablets saying that several of its applications are not optimized for tablets, creating an inferior user experience to iPad.
The all specification of this Motorola Honeycomb tablets still not very confirm but hope to release some time next year 2011.
