At launching event of M111, Deepesh Gupta, the managing director of Zen Mobile, said, "Zen Mobile has always strived to offer products that create more value for its customers. With the launch of India's first triple GSM SIM mobile phone we have taken a step further in offering convenience and utility at an unrivaled price to our customers."
The M111 has a 2.4-inch screen, a 1.3 megapixel camera with video recording, a music player with 6-band equalizer, an E-book reader and memory that is expandable to 8GB. The phone supports both English and Hindi languages. Zen M111 phone has GPRS and WAP support and has Bluetooth and a USB port as well to connect to the PC for data transferring. The phone has a torch, and uses a 1500 mAh battery, which according to the company, supports the device for up to 280 hours on standby mode or for five hours of talk time.
The Zen M111 has very similar specification to the AKAI Trio phone and make a doubt that both phone has just different branding of the same Chinese OEM handset manufacturer. Zen M111 is available for about price Rs 3,499 in Indian market.
