Umeox Apollo launched the two new Android phones which has option to recharging battery using solar power. The smartphone with Android OS has always issue of low battery backups and these phone surely great for everyone. The handsets were recently introduced at the MWC in Barcelona.Umeox Apollo is basically a Chinese manufacturer. The one model MTK6573 is made specially for users is U.S. to runs on AT&T's frequencies i.e. 850/1900Mhz bands only.
The 2nd model MTK6516 is specially designed to work in Europe and much of Asia on 900/1800MHz bands only.
Other specifications in both phone almost same. The Umeox Apollo phones features a 3.2 inch display with resolution of 320 x 480, 1GB of internal storage and does come with a microSD slot to expend memory as you need. The Umeox Apollo phones also has a 3MP camera on the back and FM radio. These phones also features 3.5mm audio jack and Bluetooth 2.1 with A2DP.
Umeox Apollo said that phones will take 2.5 hours of sunlight to have the charge battery to every day usage. It batter gone fully out than ii will require around 17 hours of sunlight to charge completely.
The model MTK6573 is expected to launch in Q3 of this year. The 2nd model MTK6516 is expected to release next quarter. Currently no information about the price of Umeox Apollo phones.
