This month October is specially made for big smartphone launches. All the big players going to launch their smartphone this month. The leading manufacturer Apple going to announce its new iPhone 4S or 5, also Google will launch its new Android OS v4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich.
First Apple to launch upcoming iPhone and Apple has organized a “Let’s talk iPhone” conference on the 4th of this month. At this event Apple to be unveiling the iPhone 4S, or 5 or may be both to them. This upcoming iPhone will feature a 1GB of RAM, dual core A5 processor or system-on-a-chip, 8-megapixel camera, a voice controlled system called Assistant. This new feature will allow people to use their voice to enable the phone to do various tasks. These voice controlled tasks are said to include telling the phone to make calls, send text messages, etc. iPhone will also comes with a Qualcomm Gobi Baseband chipset that will allow it to run on both CDMA and GSM networks.
Next another big one on 11th of this month by Google for its Android OS which is the world’s most popular smartphone operating system. Google will announced the next version of the Android OS, v4.0 code name Ice Cream Sandwich. This new OS will be launch in new Samsung Nexus Prime smartphone on October 11 at CTIA expo. This event will launch both Android Ice Cream Sandwich Samsung Nexus Prime. The features of Samsung Nexus Prime will be a dual core 1.5GHz CPU Exynos chipset and 4.65-inch HD Super AMOLED touchscreen.
