Beetel has unveiled a low cost Magiq Glide Android tablet. It has a 7.0 Inches WVGA Capacitive DISPLAY and a powerful 1GHz Processor.
The Beetel Magiq Glide is based on with Android 2.2 Froyo which may be a major disadvantage and a slightly Weighty at 500g. The Operating Frequency of tablet are GSM/GPRS/EDGE 850/900/1800/1900 UMTS 2100 MHz.
According to Vinod Sawhny, CEO, Beetel Teletech, “The Magiq Glide is the latest addition to our successful Magiq range of tablets. The new tablet has all the features available in our previous products which our customers liked and additionally we have added a capacitive touch screen to enrich the touch experience”.
Other specs of Magiq Glide are 2MP front and back camera with zoom, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi (802.11 b/g/n), Track pad and 8 GB of internal memory, as well as microSD card slot for memory expansion up to 16GB. The tablet has a powerful 2200 mAh Li-Ion battery which provides up to 60 hours of standby time.
The Beetel Magiq Glide is third tablet launched by Indian handset manufacturer Beetel. The company has launched this tablet after the success of older Maqip tablets and the Beetel Magiq Glide's specifications are almost same as original Magiq. The old one was featured a resistive touchscreen display and this new one has capacitive one.
