Its again, yes the official website of BSNL, India's one of leading Operator hold by Govt, hacked by a team of hackers. This was done by a group named 'Team_H4tr!ck' and they flag their name and massages on the site's homepage.
The interesting thing is that after hacking BSNL Website (Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited) the Team_H4tr!ck left a massage that your files and information is safe and update your security. The Team_H4tr!ck team also mentioned another massage and warn that, ‘Your site security is shit. If you do not update it, we will meet again’.
Its not first time when the government holding BSNL website hacked by hackers. In last few months its 3rd time hack. A few months back the Pakistan Cyber Army hacked the BSNL website and gained access to over 10,000 users' information like user names, e-mail addresses, phone numbers and location details. This is very shameful for a big brand by Indian Govt.
According to report by Telecom Talk, the hack was done at 2:21 am on December 4th, 2011 by team of five hackers named x-c0p, nginx-adm1n, enc0der, k3rnel and sm0ky. When someone open the site, its only showing the hacker's flag.
Though now BSNL manage to get back original homepage back and BSNL also announced to launch a new website soon which in beta testing now. You can visit this BSNL new website's Beta Version Here.
