Ghost Commander is a light weighted classic file manager with dual file pane support. The dual panel feature in Ghost Commander file manager makes is much easy to manage your files. It support all common and advance tasks like copy, move, zip file, browse FTP server etc in a very little size.
Ghost Commander dual panel file manager is very similar like Norton Commander, Midnight Commander, FAR or Total Commander but the file size is very low in compare to them. Unlike regular file managers, it copies and moves files between its two panels. Many people consider that way as more convenient than that explorer-like "copy" and then "paste" steps.
The Ghost Commander also allow you to upload or download files from FTP servers and Windows network shares (Samba plug-in required), create or extract ZIP archives. For the advanced users, Ghost Commander also has the "root:" (su - super user) mode that is essential to work with system files on a rooted phone, change file permissions attributes (chmod) and even execute your own shell commands.
