Launchpad is a new application launcher introduced by Apple in their new Mac OS X Lion. Taken from iOS, offers a convenient way to find an app, launch it and then get back to what you were doing. You can put your most frequently-used apps front and center. WinLaunch do same for your Windows system.
This new WinLaunch application launcher for Windows is looks like to Mac OS X Lion's Launchpad and give you similar features. WinLaunch is free and also eye candy like Mac OS X Lion's Launchpad. WinLaunch is portable application which you can use in your Windows Vista and 7 system. This is Launchpad (Quickstarter) taken from Mac OS X Lion and implemented for Windows. WinLaunch application launcher is created by MrC0rrupted of deviantart and all credit goes to him.
According to MrC0rrupted, "I put some real effort into making the look and feel as close to the original as possible. And its still in beta version."
WinLaunch works at any resolution, but has been optimized to run at FullHD. WinLaunch will start minimized and you can use "Shift+Tab" keyboard shortcut to call it. Plz read readme.txt inside the download package.

~ made moving items much easier
~ multi-screen support
~ fixed bug were icons disappeared out of folders
~ automatically adjusts to work area (theme fix)
~ fixed memory leak / made overall improvements in memory management
(uses less / loads faster etc.)
~ fixed some icons not showing up
~ fixed rare glitch on icon removal
~ experimental fix for the keyboard focus issue
Keyboard Controls:
ESC -> Exit WinLaunch
F -> Toggle full screen / window mode
Left/Right -> Switch between pages
F3 -> Toggle Jiggle mode
Space -> End Jiggle mode
WinLaunch required Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0 to installed in your system. If you not already has installed this, just get here: Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0.exe (For All x86, x64 and ia64, 48.1 MB).
