Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd (BSNL) today announced 3
Android Tablets. Tablets are in 7" and 8" screen size in priced starting from Rs. 3250 and included special BSNL data offers which make them suitable for all range of users.
BSNL is one of the top mobile service provider in India and all tablets are made by Penta Technologies which a Noida based company and features BSNL branding. The tablets will be bundled with special 3 months of free 2G/GPRS data usage offer also discounted 3G data plans.
The first model is
BSNL Penta T PAD IS 701R which is low cost entry level tablet available only at Rs.3250 (around 67 USD). The tablet is powered by Google Android 2.3 Gingerbread OS and a high resolution 7” resistive touch screen TFT Display with 800x600 resolution and 16:9 aspect ratio. It also features a powerful 1GHz ARM11 IMAP210 processor and inbuilt 256 MB RAM and 0.3MP front camera for video calls. The BSNL Penta T PAD IS 701R tab is support 2G and WiFi connectivity and built in 2GB memory which can be expanded upto 32GB using the onboard TF Card slot. Other specification is HDMI port support which allow you to connect it to TV. Its one of the cheapest Android tablet available and competitor of
Aakash/Ubislate7+ Tablet.

Second model is
BSNL Penta T-Pad WS704C which also has same Android 2.3 OS and 7 inch screen and all other same specifications but this also supports 3G CDMA/EVDO connectivity and GSM. This tablet equipped with a powerful 1GHz processor and 512MB RAM. It also support A-GPS, HDMI port, Accelerometer and Bluetooth and comes with a 2 megapixel rear camera. BSNL T-Pad WS704C Android tablet priced at Rs.10999 (around 225 USD).

The third tablet is
BSNL Panta T-Pad WS802C which features an 8 inch capacitive screen, a faster 1.2 GHz processor and 512 MB RAM. The tablet has 4GB of built-in internal memory and features a microSD card slot for upgrading up to 32GB. Other features are built-in front 0.3 megapixel front and 2 megapixel Rear camera, GPS, Accelerometer, Bluetooth and a 4000 mAH polymer battery. BSNL T-Pad WS802C Android tablet is priced at Rs.13500 (around $276).

at the company site ,is704r is only wifi tablet,then how can we use 2g sim?,please clearify it.

ReplyDeleteActually its mean that the 704r is only supports 2G, whereas other 2 model also support 3G connectivity.
ReplyDeleteEven with Penta IS701R you also got a bundled data plan of 5 GB for 60 days, after which consumers can recharge the same plan for Rs 750.

ReplyDeletesir i had booked a tablet and as per your mail i had deposited my payment in your bank account and sent you the recipt also and also mailes in customer care department but i am surprised to see the poor responce from company because when ever we call , we get no reply on phone and nor the customer care replied our mail , is it like MLM company who just wanted to make people fool and gather money
