As you know that UC Mobiles Ltd has released all new UC Browser 8.2 (Ucweb) for Symbian and updated the Java version too with support of Bookmark Sync to cloud server or local storage, mean no favorite loss when updating to new version of browser. This features still not available officially in UC Browser 8.2 for Android but here I'm sharing a tutorial about how to sync favorites in UC Browser 8.2 any platform.

Bookmark Synchronization is a most waited feature in UC Browser official English versions but its already available for Chinese user from a long time. You can take bookmark backup with synchronization service and can restore them later on same or any other phone by login to your free UC Account. This service can backup your bookmarks to the cloud storage of UC server but its not a real sync service as its only take backup and it'll be overwrite your previously backed up bookmarks if you perform a new export to server or import to local. The services still have some bugs and may not properly work on Symbian or Android or other. Just give a try...
How To Sync My Bookmarks with UC Browser 8.2:
~Download, install and start the UC Browser 8.2 in your phone with Java, Nokia Symbian S60 or Android.
~In Symbian and Java you will see a bookmark auto sync button in bookmark tab of browser.
~Click on the button and it'll open the new page with Sign In and sign up options. Other user (Android/BB/WinMo) can click this link.
~If you already has an account, just click Sign In. Other user can click this Sign in link.
~If you new, click on Sign up to create a free UC account. Other user can click this Sign Up link.
~Fill email id and password, other required fields, select I agree and click on Sign Up button.
~It'll show you successfully signed up.
~After your account created you're ready to save your favorites on cloud.
~Click let' start the tour and sign in to account.
~Now you can select Export to Server to save your bookmarks to UC account.
~Later to get your bookmarks back just select Import to Local and it'll transfer them from server to phone.
~Remember that it'll just replaced all bookmark on server or phone to one form server or phone.
Note: If you already have an UC account at Chinese site (reg.uc.cn or id.uc.cn), you also can sync them here on English server, without creating a new account. Just open reg.uc.cn and login and open this English login page. It will auto redirect you to English server with your old Chinese server bookmarks.
