Huawei has announced a new entry-level smartphone – the Honor 3C Play. With its latest addition, the company is looking to capture the low-end market in its hometown. For starters, the Huawei Honor 3C Play will sport a 5-inch IPS display with resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. As one can expect, the smartphone is powered by a MediaTek chipset, featuring quad-core 1.3GHz CPU along with 1GB of RAM.
