Yahoo Weather for Android and iOS updated with new animated effects

Yahoo! has updated its Weather app for Android, iPhone and iPad with new animated effects. The Android app now shows animated effects for rain, snow, fog, heat, lightning and frost and the iOS app that already had some animated effects now shows lightning and frost in addition to those.
