Here a solution for your, a new browser extension called Google+Facebook, which allow you to add the Facebook Stream to your Google+ page. This make it easy to keep updated while using Google+ and without opening your Facebook page.
Google+Facebook allows you to see your Facebook stream inside Google+. Simply Connect to Facebook, and get all the updates on your Google+ Facebook tab. This will add a new Facebook tab before the home tab in Google+.
